If your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipment, you can request a replacement or a refund. Please send us a photo of the product in the condition it was received before returning it. When returning the product, please use a tracking number; otherwise, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Are there any fees I need to be aware of when returning a product?
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product to our warehouse. These fees are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply, depending on the product.

Once we receive your returned product in the appropriate condition, you are eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit:

  • Replacement: Once you’ve selected the desired product, it will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive.

The product I’m looking for is no longer available. What can I do?
Our shop offers a wide range of products, many of which are exclusive and may not be restocked once sold out. Occasionally, items from our standard selection may be temporarily unavailable. We recommend checking back weekly to see which items are back in stock.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

Can my order be delivered to an address different from my billing address?
